Caroline Blomqvist

Caroline Blomqvist works within the expanded field of contemporary dance and is curious about choreographic methods that allow co-ownership for the audience by creating interactive proposals. Blomqvists first works consists of ephemerality, making peace between the human and non-human,  popular psychology and mental health.

Besides making her own work, she works as a producer and performer for other artists and collectives between Norway, Sweden and Denmark. Currently, Blomqvist is working at Dansehallerne and is busy working on her sensorial performance installation “Where Even Flowers Can Grow”.
